NavBlade manufactures industrial blades designed for paper converting applications — slitting, rewinding, perforating and sheeters. Top and bottom circles are ground in matched sets to ±0.005 mm so cuts stay dust-free and edges stay chatter-free at full line speed.
For abrasive coated and thermal papers we offer D2, M2 and carbide grades with optional coatings; for label and release-liner converting, razor circles and anvil configurations are stocked in common sizes. Bandsaw and guillotine knives for sheeting are made to OEM drawings or worn samples.
