What materials do you use for industrial blades?
We work with a full range of blade steels: D2, SKD11, M2, H13, 420/440 stainless and tungsten carbide. Material is selected based on what you cut — we recommend the optimal grade for your application and can match the steel used in your current blades.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ starts from 50 pieces for standard blades and 100 pieces for most custom sizes. For new customers we accept trial orders of 20–50 pieces so you can test blade performance before committing to volume.
Can you make custom blades from a drawing or a worn sample?
Yes — this is our daily work. Send a technical drawing, a sketch with key dimensions, or even a worn blade. We reverse-engineer it, confirm dimensions and material with you, and deliver custom blades in as fast as 3 weeks.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard catalog blades ship in 7–10 days. Custom OEM blades take 3–4 weeks including tooling. Repeat orders of the same specification are usually ready in 2 weeks. Air and sea freight options are available worldwide.
Do you offer OEM / ODM and private labeling?
Yes. We manufacture under your brand, engrave your logo and part numbers on the blades, and sign NDA plus market-exclusivity agreements for key partners. Packaging can be neutral, branded, or fully customized.
How do you control quality?
Every blade passes edge inspection: hardness testing (HRC), dimensional checks to ±0.005 mm with optical instruments, runout verification and edge sharpness tests. We are ISO 9001 certified and issue inspection reports on request.
Which industries do your blades serve?
Packaging and converting, food processing, recycling (tires, plastics, metals), textile and non-wovens, printing, and woodworking. If your machine cuts, slices, shreds or perforates — we most likely make the blade for it.
What surface coatings are available?
TiN, TiCN, TiAlN and DLC coatings for wear resistance and reduced friction, plus chrome plating and mirror polishing for food-grade applications. Coating is chosen based on your material and required blade life.
How do you ship, and what are the payment terms?
We ship worldwide by air (3–7 days) and sea (15–40 days), DDP/DDU terms available. Payment: T/T, Western Union, PayPal for samples, and L/C for large contracts. Quotes are free and issued within 48 hours.
Can I get free samples before ordering?
We provide samples from stock free of charge — you only cover shipping. For custom blades, a small tooling fee applies for the first sample, which is deducted from your first volume order.
